Art Heiter was born in Fort Lauderdale, on blue water, under tropical skies better than a half century ago and is a real native of Florida.
While completing a University education, Art worked for several different municipalities during this time. Later, his interest in the transportation industry led to opportunities within two different major private companies in the industry and within these his ‘learning-curves’ covered a span of almost twenty-five years! This is where his true skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and professionalism were honed.
He was later encouraged to enter the world of realty where it was obvious that his ability to handle a variety of individuals and act in roles such as advisor and negotiator were proving his worth. He has a truly personable character and happy disposition that rubs off on many that he serves and also those with whom he works. He has always proved a popular asset within the companies through which his chosen path has taken him.
It is now been over a decade since he first entered the world of real estate that covers the Central Florida Attraction Area and over this period has become a respected professional among his peers.
Art is member of the Osceola Board of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and the Mid Florida Multiple Listing Service. In addition, he holds industry designations of both a Certified International Property Specialist and e-PRO.
Married, with one adult daughter, Art is also a competitive tennis player, ardent boater, and daily gardener. In addtion, as an environmentalist he provides continuing support for The Nature Conservancy. His personal interests are also very deep-rooted in Florida and its history.
