The eastbound I-4 exit ramp to Anderson street will close on July 1 as part of the construction to improve the SR408/I-4 interchange.
A new eastbound I-4 exit ramp is being built and will open to traffic in 2008. For approximately one year, traffic needing to reach downtown Orlando will use a temporary detour ramp that exits traffic from the left lane of eastbound I-4 to South Street.

Builders are beginning to turn to a new system for delivering hot and cold water in homes.
A system is starting to take hold, whereby there is a central point for the distribution of hot and cold water, with individual lines running from the manifold rather than a network of many branch lines with various fitting and valves. The water is transported by new high-temperature, flexible, corrosion resistant plastic piping known as cross-linked polyethylene piping (PEX).
This method is more cost effective, and easier to install in both new construction and existing homes. It also comes color coded for easy identification.

Worth thousands extra to the final sales price of a home…
One of the most important aspects in the staging and selling a home; does yours have it? Will the appearance draw a buyer out of the car? If not then a change is called for.
Clean up, green up, and add color.
Then, stand back and ask, “Does it appear to be in pristine condition?” If the answer is ‘yes’, then you are good to go. If not, keep working…
The results will be a home selling in shorter time, for more money.

Washington, June 06, 2007 - Home sales are projected to move in a relatively narrow range with a gradual upturn becoming more pronounced by the end of the year, according to the latest forecast by the National Association of Realtors®.
Lawrence Yun, NAR senior economist, said the market is relatively soft. “Overall housing levels are historically strong, but sales remain sluggish compared to the recent boom,” he said. “Home sales will probably fluctuate in a narrow range in the short run, but gradually trend upward with improving activity by the end of the year. It’s important to keep in mind that all real estate is local, and many markets are expected to have higher sales and strengthening prices during the second half of this year.”
