If one were following only the news in the United States, both print and electronic, one might think the down turn being experienced in the housing market was so complete that no homes are selling. Such is the perception gleaned from the news.
The reality though is different. This perception is simply not true. Homes are selling, simply not at the pace they have historically.
As more and more of the current resale inventory shifts closer toward working class affordability, we will see inventory begin to diminish even more quickly.
