Stepping out of the old and into the new…
Twenty nine months into the pockets of the residential slow down, time seems to stand still on occasion.
Yet over the same duration, the U.S. economy has added millions of new jobs, wages have grown, household wealth has increased, and commercial development has been steady.
Only a matter of time before renewed demand occurs for homes.
So we say farewell to 2007, remembering the positive events of the period, looking forward to change… on the way… just around the corner…
