However, while the general market for 2007 was not good for many, ABD Development reports revenue of better than a $100 million from the sales of homes and home sites in their Providence phases.  Average sales price for the homes is $700,000 with the home sites averaging more than $60,000.

Their estimate is that better than 60% of the sales have come from international clients.
