Located between Ronald Regan Parkway and Dunson Road, this 131 acre tract project will front initially on both CR 54 and U.S. Hwy 27. The first 17 acres will bring almost 700,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
This could, if the plan holds, even bring the first movie complex to the area.
