Going Green

In a recent survey conducted by the National Association of Home Builders it was found that three-quarters of those who responded said that energy-efficient features would most influence their decision to purchase a home.

Of the more than 2,300 who participated, 51% said they would pay from $5,000 to $11,000 more for a new home if they could save on their utility bills in the long run.  Another 16% said they would pay even more.
