Right Into The Sunset…

Bella Vida- New Home

BELLA VIDA - NEW HOME

Look carefully…  With the sun going down, three tradesmen are finishing a long productive day on this new home in Bella Vida.  Shortly the barrel-tiled roof will go on and this villa will be one more in an outstanding collection of homes in this well situated gated community.

Price points begin in the lower $300’s for just over 1650 square feet, and range upward into the $400’s for villas near 3400 square feet mark.  This community has both nice conservation sites and water views.  Plus, the nearly 6,800 square foot clubhouse is a wonderful community amenity.

Stop in for a look when you’re in the area.  The location is immediately behind Medieval Times on Oren Brown Road.

New Westside Elementary School

26 Day Change

Fast moving progress is certainly under way on this new construction project.  Take a quick look back on our post on October 16.

Quiet a difference…

Brown’s Farmers Market

FARM FRESH PRODUCE

Here’s something long overdue along the Poinciana corridor.  Conveniently located on Oren Brown Road and Poinciana Boulevard at the traffic light, this produce center will certainly prove to be popular with locals and visitors alike.

Watch for Christmas Trees to be available, as well as and fresh produce and garden plants before Christmas.

A Sign Of The Times… New Homes From the $150’s

Ashebrook Enterance

ASHEBROOK

Seeing is believing…

Look back at our post on October 18, 2007.  Builder pricing at the time, the mid $200’s.

This is a perfectly positioned subdivision for the future.  Certainly something to consider.

‘New Starts’ Still Coming Out Of the Ground

New Engle Home

SAWGRASS BAY

Here again is an example of new buyers desiring to own an ‘off plan’ home in a new upscale subdivision rather than purchase a pre-existing property.  The Engle phase of Sawgrass Bay has a number of new starts coming out of the ground, of which this is just one.

Sawgrass Bay is on east side of Hwy #27 north of US #192 approximately four miles.

Commerical Building Continues…

Lake Wilson Apartments

LAKE WILSON APARTMENTS

This is just a small phase of the large project going in on the southeast corner of Old Lake Wilson Road at CR 52 just across the street from the Ovation Shopping Plaza.

This is in what might be considered to be the epicenter of one of the hottest developing areas within fifteen minutes of Walt Disney World.  Work on this project will begin to complete in the Spring of 2009.

New School Site - Westside

New Westside School Site

WESTSIDE K-6

Once completed, this new elementary school will handle the student population on the western side of Osceola County.  Located on Westside Boulevard at Florence Villa Grove Road it will be in a prime location for the new growth on the Western side of Walt Disney World.

Ovation Shopping Center Outparcel

Old Lake Wison Road and CR #52

For those who may still be unaware, the new Publix in the Ovation Shopping Center is now open for business.  Watch how quickly stores open up around it.

Publix now has supermarkets that are very close on both sides of the Reunion Resort main entrance.

Out With The Old…

North On Tri-County Road

AND IN WITH THE NEW…

Integra Meadows

Integra Meadows at Stoneybrook South

It’s simply fasinating to see the juxtapostion between ‘the old’ and ‘the new’ within one short mile on Tri-County road.  Just another example of continued growth in the Walt Disney Resort area.

New Custom Homes In Reunion Resort

MUIRFIELD LOOP

Pamilla Court Home

PAMILLA COURT

These are just two of a number of custom homes underway on the Jack Nicklaus golf course side of the project.

While a small percentage of owners have found themselves under financial pressure due to the development running costs, others in Reunion have no issues and are going ahead with their dream properties.

This is a fabulous development having three of the top golf courses in Central Florida within it’s gates.
