Counter Offer Clarification

Q. If a seller makes a counter offer to a buyer’s offer; may the seller later remove the counter offer and accept the buyer’s original offer?

ANS:  No.  When a counter offer is made, a buyer’s original offer is terminated and no longer can be accepted.
