Florida Ideal Realty LLC

We would very much like to take this opportunity to provide you with a little background history, regarding the formation of Florida Ideal Realty LLC.

This new venture came into being following the meeting of minds between the owners of Florida Ideal Management, a company owned and run by Pattie Buckley and son Stuart and Real Estate Brokers, Art Heiter and John Brown.

More significantly, Pattie and Stuart had created a site “Top-Forums” in early 2001 (arising originally from their own quest for help and information as Short Term Rental Homeowners) that over the years has become a highly respected and authoritative internet site, evolving into a community and meeting-place for Central Florida vacation homeowners who desire to share ownership experiences and obtain help and advice.

Over the years, Pattie and Stuart became very aware of major issues relating not only to the management of homes (which led them to start their own small family-run company) but also with regard to real estate problems their membership were experiencing and reporting on the site. This once again set them thinking and they concluded that if they had their own Real Estate Company, they could and would operate with the integrity and enhanced customer service deserved by clients and thereby do their bit to provide a better product within the industry.

Meanwhile Art and John, sharing between them almost twenty years experience as Realtors®, had both been working with a Real Estate division of a large nationwide Property Management Company for a number of years. However, each really had the desire to pursue a more independent path!

Having always operated under the principle that a client’s requirements must take priority, Art and John found they shared a similar philosophy to Pattie and Stuart as to ethical dealings, quality of service and “going the extra mile.” It was decided that being of the same mind they must follow their instincts to move forward together, in an effort to improve on realty services currently available.

Therefore, with the ‘winds of change blowing’, in August 2006 a partnership was formed and Florida Ideal Realty LLC was born.

While we are currently a smaller company, we possess a wealth of experience covering the sale and purchase of vacation homes and private residences in the Central Florida Attraction Area. We are confident that our under-pinning philosophy of providing honest, friendly, reliable, and expert service to our clients will ensure the future success of Florida Ideal Realty LLC.
