Florida Ideal Realty came into being as a venture between the owners of Florida Ideal Management, Pattie Buckley and son Stuart, and Real Estate Brokers, Art Heiter and John Brown.

Pattie and Stuart developed an Internet site called 'Top-Forums' in early 2001 which over the years has become a highly respected and authoritative Florida vacation homeowner informational source; evolving further into a community and meeting-place for Central Florida vacation homeowners to share ownership experiences, obtain help, and receive advice.

As time passed, Pattie and Stuart became aware of a number of issues relating not only to the management of homes (which led them to start their own small family-run firm) but also with regard to the Real Estate industry that 'Top-Forums' membership were experiencing and reporting. This set them to thinking that if they had their own Real Estate Company, they could and would operate with the integrity and enhanced customer service deserved by clients and thereby do their bit to provide a better product within the industry.

Meanwhile Art and John, sharing between them almost twenty years experience as REALTORS®, had both been working for nearly a decade with the Orlando Real Estate division of ResortQuest International, a large nationwide property management company. Each though had the desire to pursue a more independent path. Thus, it was just a question of time before change occurred.

Having always operated under the principle that a client’s requirements take priority first, Art and John found they shared a similar philosophy with Pattie and Stuart in regard to ethical dealings, quality of service, and “going the extra mile.”

In August 2006 a partnership was formed and Florida Ideal Realty LLC was brought online.
