Some things never change. According to the old cliché, location is one of them and it can have a huge impact on property values and desirability.

So, what are several key reasons for selecting the location of your new home?

For some buyers, location relative to work place and easy commuting distance is paramount. For others, the major criterion is proximity to schools.

Some people want live close to their family and friends and retired persons might want to consider proximity to hospitals and doctors surgeries.

Most homeowners will consider proximity to main roads, shops, restaurants, etc and, for vacation/investment homeowners, a main consideration is proximity to Disney and the attractions

Of course, for some buyers the reverse applies; they will not be content unless their homes are located in out of the way places, miles away from other people.
